Lessons are provided by PGA professionals on staff with The Golf Club at Echo Falls. Be sure to inquire about corporate golf clinics, which are perfect for companies who wish to utilize golf as a vehicle to entertain customers or team-build within their organization.

Teaching Philosophy

Echo Falls believes instruction should be based on accomplishing students' goals. Students and the instructor should work together to determine what the students' goals should be, develop an agreed upon plan, and follow that plan.

Swing Philosophy

To effectively make solid contact consistently, the golfer must be in balance throughout the entire swing. The golf swing is different for each person and instructions should be given taking a golfer’s physical characteristics into consideration.

Finishing his collegiate career in 2005, Liam owns the school scoring record of 71.33 set during his senior year, which was ranked 6th in the nation for NCAA Division I.  Liam finished the 2004-2005 season ranked 13th nationally, and earned First Team All Conference honors in the West Coast Conference twice.  He qualified for the US Amateur in 2003 and was the Oregon Golf Association Player of The Year in 2005.

He played internationally on eight different professional tours including the Canadian and Web.com Tours.  Liam was a member of the Canadian Tour from 2006-2012, earning eight top 10 finishes and finishing 14th on the Order of Merit in 2009. An injury after the 2009 season sidelined his career, and he now uses his extensive experience to help golfers of any level reach their true potential, while continuing to pursue his own game.  He has been fortunate to receive lessons from some of the top swing instructors and mental coaches, as well as compete with many of the best players in the world.  Liam brings these experiences into his teaching to achieve results for players of all abilities.  He excels in identifying opportunities in the golfer’s game and creating a simplified approach to improving technique.
